  • Two $20 gift certificates for door prizes

  • Store's current address (as you would like it to appear on the front page of the newsletter)

*   New ad size: 3.5" wide by 5" tall.
**  If you have not received an email confirmation for submission of all items by
     November 2, it is your responsibility to contact Stephanie.
